釀造	The grapes are brought into the winery where they are destemmed and pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected fermented totally by using only natural yeast in cement tanks without controlled temperature.
陳年	Then occurs second fermentation in bottle by addition of Albina juice (resin garganega grape) since with natural yeasts and natural sugars. Bottled without sulphites.
