Fongaro Durello Pas Dosè
This classic method is a blend of Durella grapes harvested in different areas. Durella is an indigenous and very old grape variety from the Veneto region, extremely vigorous, with particularly thick and leathery skin, cultivated on soils rich in minerality.

Deep yellow with golden reflections.

香氣/花束

An elegant and complex nose where notes of white flowers, orange water, vanilla and candied fruit delicately parade towards sweet notes of acacia honey and brioche bread. A complex, clean and mineral bouquet with a fruity and delicately toasted texture.

味道

The flavour is young and lively, perfectly balancing tradition and innovation. Freshness and minerality contrast with sweet notes in a framework with outstanding taste-olfactory balance. A wine that is always dynamic and persistent but never concentrated.

Pairing

It pairs well as an apéritif wine, accompanied by a Parma ham or a Casatella Trevigiana soft cheese. Very impressive in combination with the typical 'tagliolini alla granseola', i.e. tagliolini pasta with spider crab.

Location The hills in the North East of Verona, in the Lessini Mountains area.

釀造 Soft pressing at a temperature of 10-12°C. The first fermentation occurs in thermo-controlled tanks at a temperature of around 15-18°C. The fermentation in tanks lasts 20 days on average. The second fermentation occurs with its yeasts in April.
陳年 On its yeasts in the bottle, not less than 36 months.
