	Perlage Persistent.
	顏色 Fine antique pink.
	香氣/花束 A delicate fragrance with hints of yeast, deriving from more than three years’ ageing in the bottle followed by sensations of berries that are typical of Pinot Nero grapes.
	味道 Pleasant softness, rich tastiness and vinous. Aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and violet are accompanied by hints of brioche bread on the finish.

Pairing

It is excellent as an apéritif or for the whole meal for a refined and exclusive consumption.
