For this DOC wine we select grapes coming from the young vineyards of Sangiovese and from the vineyards of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

收成	Manual harvest in the month of September, according to the season and the altitude of the individual vineyards.
釀造	Selection of the harvested grapes with three sorting tables. Destemming and crushing with fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. The must is pumped over the cap repeatedly at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in the stainless steel tanks before the ageing in the oak barrels.
陳年	Part in barriques and partly in medium capacity oak casks. Before release the wine is bottle-aged.
