Fanti Brunello di Montalcino 2018
Selection of the harvested grapes with three sorting tables. Destemming and crushing with fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. The must is pumped over the cap repeatedly at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in the stainless steel tanks before the ageing in the oak barrels.

顏色

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

Notes of ripe red fruit (cherry, black cherry) with scents of coffee and pepper. To accompany floral notes of rose and rosemary, followed by a distinct hint of licorice.

味道

The pleasant sweetness on the attack recalls the scents perceived by the nose. The mature but at the same time round tannin makes the wine pleasantly silky and with a good persistence on the finish.

Pairing

It goes well with all meats in general and cheese.
