Straw yellow, clear, consistent, intense, good complexity, fine. The aroma of white melon is immediate, followed by kaiser pear, then delicate floral notes - wildflowers - and a delicate balsamic scent. In the mouth, it is dry, and warm with the right balance between softness and acidity and a pleasant bitter finish.
