Dominio de Pingus Ribera del Duero Temparillo Psi 2015
It is made of Tinta Fina grapes from old vines aged of more than 30 years, from six different micro-estates located in Ribera del Duero and grown by different winemakers associated to the project.

顏色

Dark cherry colour with violet edges.

香氣/花束

Clean and pronounced aromas of red fruit (strawberries, cherries and redcurrants), followed by the subtle and elegant aromas of wood, balsamic notes and mineral hints.

味道

A red wine with a very nice attack, silky and light mid palate. The fruit sensations are subtler than on the nose, but the wooden aromas become more noticeable. It has a good acidity and ripe, elegant and well integrated tannins. Persistent medium-long finish.

釀造 Go through fermentation with no addition of yeast in concrete tanks, which contributes to a maximal extraction of the fruit aromas. Its malolactic fermentation takes place in oak vats and barrels with no racking. This wine is not filtered or clarified.
