Domaine Marie Thibault Petillant La Roue qui Torne Rose' 2016

The soul of Marie Thibault, owner of the homonymous Domaine, is in constant ferment, always looking for new solutions with which to give free rein to her own interpretation of the Azay-Le-Rideau terroir. The production of this Vin de France Pétillant Rosé "La Roue qui tourne" goes in a very precise direction, namely that of giving life to a pulsating and fruity bubble, which can be a wild card at the table. An ambitious and accurate project, which however, from the first sips, can be said to be complete.
