歷史	Biodynamic cultivation - without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers. Vines are pruned to control yields. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Location	Anlau.
土地的組成	Rock formations date back to the primary (shale), secondary (sandstone) and even pre-Cambrian (de Ville shale) eras. Because of this complexity, these decaying soils are incredibly rich in minerals.
釀造	The grapes are crushed, and then fermentation takes place on natural yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is fully carried out. Ageing lasts just under a year on the lees.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
