Louis Michel & Fils’s 4 Montmain vineyards extend along a clay slope known for being sensitive to Spring frosts. We pay careful attention when the frost season occurs. The wines are particularly fine and balanced, expressing citrus and white flower notes during their youth, depending on vintages.

Marine notes: spicy floral, toasted almond, candied lemon and apple.

味道

Chablis Premier Cru Montmain reveals a blend of ripe and fresh candied fruit. The palate is lively, chalky, pure and devoid of pretence.
