The Chablis 1er Cru Montmains by Denis Race is everything you would expect in a Chablis, and much more. The varietal features of the chardonnay are all there, in a palette of intense and structured aromas. An excellent French white also excellent alone.

Bright straw yellow.

香氣/花束

The nose has hints of white pulp fruit, citrus, honey, and a nice final mineral note.

味道

In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, structured. Closes again with a mineral finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with seafood dishes, vegetables, small hors d'oeuvres and goat's cheese.
