The first cuvée created by Michel, this cuvée with a contemporary look is made with a selection of 2 "Coeur de Terroir": Oger and Mesnil sur Oger. It is a complex and mineral wine, with a low dosage, to be enjoyed by lovers of great Chardonnays.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	顏色 Straw yellow.
	香氣/花束 Bouquet with fruity, floral notes of pear, lemon and acacia flowers, followed by toasted and mineral notes.
	味道 Fresh, creamy, sapid and very pleasant.
