Colombo Alta Langa Brut Rosé Riserva 2016

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Pink onion skin.
	香氣/花束 Intense, defined, deep and elegantly enveloping, with mineral aromas reminiscent of talc and powder. It has typical Pinot Nero notes of raspberry, red currant, and red spring flowers.
	味道 Well balanced between body and freshness, excellent in structure, silky and harmonious perlage in the mouth. It shows an interesting tastiness and minerality, with a soft and not aggressive dosage and excellent persistence.

收成	By hand, with small crates. All Pinot Nero grapes are selected in the vineyard.
釀造	The harvest is followed by a very soft pressing. The must is subjected to a static clarification and subsequently to fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C in stainless steel tanks.
陳年	The second fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Classic Method for about 40-50 days in the cool company's underground cellars, followed by the stay on the lees for about 60 months. Traditional riddling on racks and disgorgement with ice are carried out. Ageing takes place in the bottle.
