This distinctive champagne, Collet's true identity, harmoniously combines Champagne's three grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Chardonnay creates elegance and finesse, Pinot Noir add depth and structure, Pinot Meunier imparts freshness and richness of fruit flavors.
This champagne is an assemblage of more than 20 wines, to 25 to 30% of the wines are reserve wines depending on the year to preserve this champagne's unique character.
