The relatively late grapes are harvested at the end of September and macerated at 12°C for one night. Fermentation, at a temperature not exceeding 15°C, lasts about 15 days. |

It is an ideal wine for aperitifs and appetizers, soups and fish casseroles and shellfish, especially sea truffles. Moreover, it pairs well with typical Friulian cuisine, such as breaded and fried sardines. |
