Chateau Les Ormes Sorbet is a very old family vineyard. Boisvert family bought it from Mr Sorbet in the middle of the XIXth century. The property was surround by beautiful elms.
Boisvert family kept the name of the first owner (Sorbet) et the name of the beautiful trees aroud (ormes).

Fresh, black cherry and earthy profile.

味道

This ripe wine shows plenty of blackberry fruits balanced well with some dry tannins. It is fresh, juicy with plenty of acidity.
