Chateau des Bertrands Cote de Provence Rosé 2021

The purest expression of the Notre-Dame-des-Anges terroir. The blend of Cinsault and Grenache gives it a beautiful structure, combining finesse and delicacy.

This wine offers on the nose a rich aromatic palette of white flesh fruits such as peach and pear and then reveals more exotic notes.

On the palate, it is soft and silky, with a beautiful elegance, the signature of Château des Bertrands.

Its undisputed presence goes marvellously well with a homemade salmon gravelax, involtinis with goat and speck or a grilled fish.
