Concentrated, with notes of faded grape, spices, liquorice and aromas of small forest fruits, with light notes of vanilla, chocolate and faded rose.

Very structured to the palate, full bodied and rich, with harmonious and elegant tannins. Long after taste finish, intense and persistent, with notes of preserved fruits and tobacco.

系統	Traditional overhead trellis system "Pergola" of the Abruzzo regiona dn vertical trellis system.
每公頃產量：	10 t/Ha
收成	By hand in October, accurate grape selection. GRapes are dried 100 days at low temperature in a special desiccation room.
釀造	Fermented with skins at 30 °C in concrete tanks, manual pump-over and "délestages". Extended maceration up to 40 days.
陳年	24 months in oak barrels "sur lies" and further 6 months in tank. Bottle aging: over 12 months.
