Castellare di Castellina Canonico 2022

A Chardonnay with excellent structure and minerality, complex, to be drunk even in the future. Capable of pairing with the most flavoursome dishes, thanks to its vinification in barriques and long ageing in bottles. A Burgundy-style Chardonnay for those who love the depth of flavour.

Hints of fig, pear, toast and almonds with hay and white peach notes.

Fresh, with an initial opening of green apple with a touch of orange peel.
