It is fresh on the nose, with fruity aromas of pineapple and white peach enriched by notes of white flowers with a predominance of hawthorn.

The palate is fresh and mineral with a soft, tasty finish supported by balanced acidity.

收成	By hand, with small 12 kg crates. The grapes were placed intact in the press and underwent a soft pressing.

釀造	The obtained must was transferred to stainless steel and underwent alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C for a fortnight.
陳年	On the lees for a few months before bottling, which takes place in the spring following the harvest.

匹配	Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish and delicate white meats. Excellent as an apéritif.
