A smooth, lush, mature, soft and round wine. Reminiscent of the enchanting sensuality that distinguishes the woman in your heart. One of those wines that make the senses vibrate. Vintage Collection Satèn, with a silky elegance, is a special interpretation of a Franciacorta: the harmonious marriage of sun and white grapes. And a little secret: during the addition of the liqueur de tirage to start the second fermentation, less sugar is added to the Satèn. Finally, a long ageing period enhances each bottle's soft elegance.

The nose is represented by lemon apple, medlar and green almond, surrounded by faint hints of yeast and vanilla.

味道

Taste with vigorous freshness and fine mousse. The finish is not particularly long but has pleasant fruity and citrus notes.

Delicious as an aperitif and excellent as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.

釀造	Each bunch of grapes is selected by expert eyes and hands, benefiting from the exclusive state-of-the-art winery's facilities with a particular system of washing and whirlpooling the grapes using three soaking tubs and a drying tunnel. After crushing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. The ageing in barrels lasts only 5 months to seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power without losing elegance. A pair of flying tanks allows the wine to be transferred by gravity from the small barrels to the ageing tanks. Finally, after 7 months from the harvest, the cuvée is created.
陳年	On the lees for 48 months. Adding less sugar than in other Franciacorta wines gives it creaminess and a particular profile, elegant and soft, further strengthened by extended ageing in the bottle. The disgorgement occurs without oxygen, using a unique and patented system by Ca' del Bosco. This avoids oxidative shocks and further additions of sulphites, making our Franciacorta wines purer, more pleasant and longer-lived. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked to guarantee traceability.
