Character. Among the Franciacorta wines of Ca' del Bosco, this is the one that best expresses the character of the terroir and the peculiarities that celebrate each vintage. The course of climatic phenomena always writes unpredictable stories. In the finish, lies the product of the love between humankind and the terroir. Since 1978, Brut Millesimato has only been produced in quality vintages. The result of careful vinification, but above all of long ageing that enhances its characteristics: four years in contact with yeasts. An unmistakable Franciacorta, structured, full, intense and persistent. A wine for important occasions, special with haute cuisine fish dishes.

The bouquet is varied, rich and intoxicating, at once fresh and evolved: sensations of fresh fruit such as apple, pear, apricot, lemon and bitter orange are recognisable, followed by sensational notes of bread yeast with a nuance of honey and vanilla.

The palate is dry, rich and fruity, structured, and the sensational notes of apple and pear on the nose are repeated. The aromatic persistence is remarkable.

釀造 Ca' del Bosco's Franciacorta Millesimati are obtained from the selection of the best grapes from the company's 'historic' vineyards, which are over 29 years old. The base wines are obtained exclusively through the alcoholic fermentation of the first must, about 45% of grape weight, which takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats and, for some batches, in small oak barrels. After waiting at least 8 months to allow the wine to refine and clarify, each cuvée is created. The Brut Millesimato cuvée is the result of a skilful blend of base wines of Chardonnay (55%), Pinot Bianco (15%) and Pinot Nero (30%) that give the finished product a particular profile, rich and complex, further strengthened by a long bottle ageing in underground cellars at a constant temperature of 12°C.
