歷史 It is the red wine par excellence and a classic Franciacorta Ca 'del Bosco. Vinified for the first time with the harvest of 1975, the assets of the farming tradition in the area where the product has always been known as "burdonsi Magher". The red is conceived in Franciacorta is a wine that has a very specific aspect: the blend is composite, from the Cabernet Carmenère, Merlot from the Barbera and Nebbiolo, a set that is well suited to the climate of these latitudes. An intense wine, but not too full-bodied, supple, soft and pleasant. A great companion for traditional cuisine, able to maintain its typical fragrance for several years.

釀造 This red wine is a classic Ca 'del Bosco, separately vinifying the grapes from nine different vineyards. Maceration on the skins is varied depending on the grape variety. In 2008 Harvest maceration lasted 22 days for the Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 days for the Merlot, 19 days for the Cabernet Franc, 15 days for the Nebbiolo and Barbera for 16 days. Following the pressing, still warm wines were racked into barrels and barrels in underground cellars. Only after the end of malolactic fermentation (in January ) it was decided to assemble the various lots, thus creating the Curtefranca Rosso 2008 final. After further aging in wood and steel, for a total of 34 months, the wine was bottled in the complete absence of oxygen and free agitation thanks to an innovative filling systems that preserve its integrity.
