Bodega Chacra Cincuenta y Cinco 2015
Cincuenta y Cinco comes from vineyards planted in 1955 which gently rest on a sea of pebbles, typical in riverbed soils. There is a wonderful purity in this wine with dried strawberry and iodine. This refined red mixes crushed bilberry and cherry fruit with undertones of smoke, game and mineral. A fine length.

Intense ruby red.

It expresses itself to the smell in a pure way, with the reference to the red currant on everything, a scent that is enriched by tertiary tones of licorice and artemisia.

味道

In tasting it is balanced and round, with an excellent persistence.

Pairing

Accompanies cheese and main courses based on noble poultry. To try with the baked guinea-fowl.
