Straw yellow with golden reflections, crystalline.

Complex, pleasant hints of yeast are combined with fresh, tropical and citrus fruit notes.

味道

Pleasantly fresh, full-bodied, persistent. The very fine and persistent perlage gives creaminess in the mouth.

Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif. Because of its organoletic completeness it is also excellent throughout the meal.

釀造	Traditional white wine making process, with soft pressing of whole grapes and maximum yield in must of 60%. Fermentation partly in steel tanks and partly in barriques. Re-fermentation in bottle with addition of selected yeasts for frothing.
陳年	Aging and permanence on lees for 36 months. Remuage by hand on pupitres, disgorgement without adding any liqueur d'expedition. Rest in bottle for other 3-4 months.
