After a long refinement in the bottle is a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. Its balance comes from the Pinot Noir grapes, clone 386, coming from proprietary vineyards with a predominantly limestone structure of indisputable merit set on hilly sides between 300 and 500 meters a.s.l.

	Perlage Fine and persistent froth.
	顏色 Straw yellow with antique gold reflections.
	香氣/花束 Bouquet in perfect balance between fruity notes of white pulp and pear peach, hints of toasted nuts and fresh bread.
	味道 It has an elegant creaminess with a long aftertaste and deeply rich in sapid and citrus sensations.

Draft with selected yeasts on the farm and bottle ageing for at least 30 months. Bleeding and further 2 months of evolution before being put on the market.
