Badia a Coltibuono Sangioveto 2016
"San Zoveto", then "Sangioveto", was the name commonly given in the past to the Sangiovese grape variety.The Sangioveto di Coltibuono was born as a tribute to a culture tradition dating back to the Middle Ages.It is produced only in the best vintages since 1980.

顏色

Intense and deep ruby red colour with purple reflections.

香氣/花束

On the nose there are strong floral notes of mammola and dripping with spicy notes of red fruits, vanilla and cloves.

味道

In the mouth reveals a great structure: harmonious, dry and sapid, with well-balanced acidity; very round and persistent with great potential for ageing. Good tannicity that softens with soft soft velvet.

Pairing

Ribollita, beans, game and stews; well-matured cheeses and chocolate.
