With more than 36 months of ageing on the lees, this is Antica Fratta’s style in the glass, balancing the right complexity with elegance and fruity and floral aromas.

	Perlage Fine, creamy and persistent.
	顏色 Straw yellow with golden reflections.
	香氣/花束 Ample, with aromas of ripe fruit.
	味道 Full-bodied and well structured, fragrant, intense, with balanced flavours and good persistence.

Pairing

Recommended for the whole meal, especially with first courses, tasty meat and fish dishes. Ideal with cured meats and cheese.
