Altemasi Trento Riserva Graal Brut 2016

An elegant classic sparkling wine Riserva Millesimato that Cavit produces only with grapes from great vintages. Graal derives from medieval Latin with the meaning of vessel, this name gained notoriety in the cycle of King Arthur's novels because it was associated with the cup used by Jesus during the Last Supper.

	Perlage Fine and persistent, white foam.
	顏色 Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
	香氣/花束 A complex, well-defined nose with hints of apple and peach, accompanied by sweet hints of almond.
	味道 Balanced and rounded on the palate. A marked acidity brings the vein, structure and great persistence to the fore.

Pairing

It pairs with roasted fish, white meats, cheeses and stuffed pasta.

Location	Hills of Trento, Valle dei Laghi and Altopiano di Brentonico, an area with vineyards with a great sparkling wine vocation in Trentino.
氣候	Altitude: 500-600 m. a.s.l.
土地的組成	Medium-textured soils, fluvioglacial and volcanic, moderately shallow.
釀造	The perfectly ripe grapes were harvested by hand into crates for soft pressing. The must fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel and barriques.
陳年	The second fermentation took place in April, after a period of ageing of the base wine. Disgorgement took place 70 months after the addition of liqueur de tirage.
