土地的組成 Sandy with an abundant presence of granodiorite rock and shallow soil.
釀造 Grapes are selected by hand in the vineyards and are then transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. Grapes are not destemmed before entering a pneumatic press for low-pressure pressing. The wine is fermented with its yeasts and aged on the lees for 11 months in an 800-litre chestnut barrel (Boteria Torner) and 200-litre in stainless steel.
