The wine's structure is that of a great classic "millesimato" sparkling wine, aged for a long time on the lees, in which the intriguing perfumes and aromas enhance its territorial recognisability.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	顏色 Deep straw yellow with golden reflections.
	香氣/花束 Intense and fine of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, candied citron and baked apple, it leaves room over time for pleasant notes of evolutionary complexity typical of Chardonnay.
	味道 Soft and balanced, the ripe apple and candied citrus blend on the palate in a creamy and persistent embrace, accompanied by pleasant notes of toasted hazelnut and sweet almond.

Pairing

It pairs well with pasta with sauces, stuffed pasta, and white meats. It also pairs well with "Fiorentina" T-bone steak. This great versatility is due to the long ageing on the less, which gives this wine great complexity.
