Originally an investment in the purchase of more than seven hectares of land located on the Corniche Angevine (classified site), a corner of paradise on the heights of Rochefort sur Loire. Half of it was planted with Chenin blanc, the historic grape variety of the Loire. Since then a plot of Grolleau Noir has arrived. From the very first day, I have been cultivating my vines and making my wines according to the rules of Organic Agriculture (Ecocert certified). (Liv Vincendeau)
