The company was founded in 2015 in Conegliano, a historic wine city, which in recent years, together with Valdobbiadene, has become the sparkling wine pole and symbol of Prosecco. In fact, it is here that this wine, which today has become the best-selling wine in the world, was born. It is located halfway between the Dolomites and Venice, enjoying a windy climate that aids vine cultivation.
The winery's idea stems from the desire to do sustainable farming, respecting the environment, using the integrated production system, weeding mechanically and not chemically, and reducing water consumption to a minimum thanks to precision equipment.
The land that makes up the farm's surface area, all adjacent to rivers, has loamy characteristics, giving the soil a rich texture that provides important nutrients to the vines.
They are divided into three different blocks: the first block, planted in 2016, is adjacent to the Monticano river in the municipality of Conegliano. It is a loamy soil, free of stones, and rich in nutrients. Here there are 5 hectares of Chardonnay and 2 of Pinot Grigio.
The second plot is also in the municipality of Conegliano, and is a historical park called 'Roggia dei Molini'. This is a historical area, where in the early 1900s there was a spinning mill for silk production. Today it has become a natural habitat for various animals, which coexist with the vineyard. Here there are 6 hectares of Prosecco and 2.5 of Pinot Grigio
The third plot is in Concordia Sagittaria, in an area where there is unspoilt nature. The soil here has a completely different texture from Conegliano, as it is more clayey. The main characteristic here is the wind, thanks to the total absence of natural barriers and the proximity to the sea. Here there are 16 hectares of Pinot Grigio and 1 of Pinot Noir.
