Vincent Couche is a young Vigneron of the Cote des Bar, 10 hectares of vineyards planted with Pinot Noir in 1973 in Buxeuil and 3 hectares of vines planted with Chardonnay in 1985 in Montgueux. Since 2008 he has been running the family Domaine with biodynamic practices (Demeter certified) for maximum respect of all forms of life in, on and under the soil.. The density of the vines, up to 10,000 vines per hectare increases competition between the vines, which, by reducing the production, ensures the bunches are fully ripe.
