Location Vineyards in the hills North-East of Verona.

收成 Hand picked grapes are harvested in small crates and dried for about 3-4 months in dry, well-ventilated rooms.
酿造 When they reach the ideal degree of drying, they are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks. Once fermentation has started, it continues for about 30 days to allow the full development of the high alcohol content of the wine.
陈年 After an initial evolution in cement - in order to allow malolactic fermentation to take place - refinement begins in medium and large oak casks for about 30 months. After bottling, the wine rests for at least 3 months in the bottle.
