This wine is composed of 100% Chardonnay, classified in Grand Cru: this vintage wine was selected and carefully assembled from our best wine batches. Its delicate aromas of brioche and citrus bring a nice complexity to this Champagne, which can be served throughout the meal.

Splendid fruity and mineral bouquet with notes of apple and citrus fruits in the foreground, followed by more complex hints of yeast and bread crust and brioche.

Wine growers from one generation to the next, it was in 1910 that Emile Gilmert started selling a few bottles in his name. His son Marcel succeeded him in 1920.

Then Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet followed suit in the fifties. They have always produced exceptional Champagnes in strict accordance with the Champagne traditions that they have passed on to us.
