As good as usual!

The ordering, fulfilment , and timing were all excellent as was the packaging. When I get round to drinking the wine I am sure it will also be good if somewhat shaken!.
However all was spoilt by the delivery. My wife found the package which looked as if it had been tossed over the front gate which I’d some way away from the front door. It was on its side with the lid dislodged. Thankfully nothing broken. There was no attempt to ring the front door bell or to obtain the required signature, although the tracking claims it was sighed for by me -a lie. You have been let down by a sloppy FedEx driver. The FedEx tracking does not you to complain so perhaps you will on my behalf!
