Vinchio Vaglio Barbera d'Asti Bio 2018
The first company's organic wine is a Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G. Since the 2018 harvest, in fact, the cooperative company has been certified as a producer and bottler of wines made from organically grown grapes. It has finally been able to vinify separately the grapes of its already organic members. The Barbera vine is certainly the one that most identifies this company. The soils of the hills are calcareous-clayey, neutral or sub-alkaline and therefore optimal for growing this vine. With great commitment, dedication and sacrifice, the members cultivate their vineyards in the most natural way possible to give high-quality organic grapes.
