Vincent Pinard Sancerre Florès 2017
The name Sancerre is produced on the hills of Sancerrois, in the Loire Valley. Domaine Vincent Pinard produces its wines in a traditional way, including Sancerre, which comes from limestone and clay-limestone soils, on 27-year-old vines. Vincent Pinard favors little intervention in order to harvest only the best grapes from the Loire. Flores is our classic, it is the introduction to the style of the house. But it is the same philosophy of work that in the great vintages, with 100% organic method and manual harvesting. It is a group of different limestone plots in the village of Bué, with vineyards averaging 30 years. Florès is aged 50% in wooden tanks and 50% in steel. It is a vintage full of freshness and minerality
