It is made from scrupulously selected Barbera grapes from vineyards in the village of 'Gallina' in the town of Neive. It is a well-known area for the richness and complexity imparted to its wines.

Ruby with purple hues.

Bouquet

Clear fruity notes of strawberries and cherries alongside persuasive notes of pastry and cocoa.

Flavour

From the beginning, the flavour is full-bodied but delicate at the same time.

Pairing

It pairs well with many dishes, from first courses to roast or boiled meats and tasty or spicy cheeses. After good ageing, it is an excellent wine to be enjoyed by itself.
