Harvest	Harvested grapes were brought to the cellar, destemmed, and delicately pressed.
Vinification	The juice was transferred into stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 10 °C (50 °F) to favor natural clarification of the must. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16-17 °C (61-63 °F) to preserve primary aromas.
Ageing	The wine aged in stainless steel vats for short period and an additional 4 months in the bottle before being released.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Fresh cheeses, first courses with light sauces and delicate meats, fried fish.
