Centuries of history have shaped the territory of the Valle d'ltria. The vines of Bianco d'Alessano and Fiano from which Cava Bianca is born celebrate its characteristics, and the refinement in French oak barriques enhances its aromas. Taste White Cava with dishes based on fish, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
