Made from the indigenous Carricante and Catarratto grapes grown on high-elevation slopes of Mount Etna, this unique volcanic wine has a brilliant straw yellow colour and a delicious bouquet reminiscent of apple, grapefruit, hawthorn and honey.

Incredibly fresh taste with mineral notes, along with a peculiar anise finish.

釀造	Grapes are cold-macerated for 24 hours before being softly pressed. After 48 hours of static settling, the fermentation lasts for about 20-25 days at a controlled temperature of 13-15°C.
陳年	In stainless steel vats on fine lees, followed by a brief ageing in acacia tonneaux and a further 3-4 months in the bottle.
