Fòla represents the essence of Cannonau. The vineyards are followed with great care and attention from the maturation process to the increase of sugars level. This vine has found its ideal habitat in Sardinia and only on this island gets that aromatic and polyphenols richness, that makes it “unique”. A complex wine, moderately alcoholic, rich in extract, balanced and intense.

Ruby red.

Bouquet

Ripe fruit, plum and black cherry that blend with spicy notes and a final touch of cherry in alcohol.

Flavour

Warm, soft and harmonious with good aromatic persistence and silky tannins.

Pairing

Stewed lamb and roast meat. Medium and long-aged Pecorino cheese with honey.
