	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Pink with cooper and pink quartz reflections.
	Bouquet Delicate, warm, and intense with light buttery perceptions of rising cake to which floral notes reminiscent of rose and hibiscus are slowly added together with ample and varied fruity components.
	Flavour Clean, defined and persistent alongside well-balanced components. The fruity components combine with light acidity and natural freshness.

Pairing

Perfect as an apéritif and for all courses. It also pairs well with filled pasta, oven-baked dishes, and shellfish, but also with every type of pizza.
