Quintodecimo Greco di Tufo Giallo d'Arles 2020
Yellow d'Arles is an extreme interpretation and strict Greek di Tufo. It is produced exclusively from grapes from a single vineyard of Greek and yellow-antique gold, typical of the designation. It is made even more intense by the short stay, during fermentation in small oak barrels and the complete absence of interventions clarification. It a white wine with the structure of a red, powerful and refined, with a deep minerality merged with notes of apricot and quince jam, full-flavoured and fresh. YELLOW d'Arles also has an extraordinary predisposition to gaining elegance ,thanks to ageing in the bottle, elegance, complexity and harmony. Its name is a tribute to the favorite color by Van Gogh during his time in Arles: a prelude to the yellow red.

Colour

Golden crystal.

Bouquet

Fascinating for its wealth: gardenia, white melon, apricot and apple annurca with a hint of mines, dried fruit and white pepper.

Structured and powerful, it does not lose coordination until the long persistence of the smoky touches
