Quadra Franciacorta QSaten 2019

This QSATEN is the essence and expression of Franciacorta terroir, made exclusively from white-skinned grape varieties and with lower pressure than other Franciacorta wines. The cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, partly fermented in oak barrels, and Pinot Blanc. This varietal composition and the lower pressure give this Satèn its unique "creamy" texture.

Colour

Bright straw yellow.

Bouquet

Sweet and elegant, with notes of pineapple, and citrus together with notes of sponge cake, biscuits, and almonds.

Flavour

Smooth, fresh, soft, and enveloping with fruity and toasted notes.

Pairing

Ideal as apéritif, seafood main courses, and fine white meat dishes.
