The fruit of the most beautiful and complementary grounds of Celles sur Ource. The result of observation and selection work over 8 generations of winegrowers in the Gerbais family.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	Colour Bright straw-yellow color.
	Bouquet The nose is expressed on intense aromas of white pulp fruit and small red fruits, with a beautiful floral voice and a call of dried fruit.
	Flavour In the mouth, the wine enters with vigor and great freshness, relaxing on a beautiful mineral texture and a delicate body. Closes long on elegant fruity notes.

Pairing

Light appetizers, finger food, fish carpaccio and second fish dishes not very elaborate. Excellent as an aperitif.

FedEx chucked box of wine over front gate

The ordering, fulfilment , and timing were all excellent as was the packaging. When I get round to drinking the wine I am sure it will also be good if somewhat shaken!.
However all was spoilt by the delivery. My wife found the package which looked as if it had been tossed over the front gate which I’d some way away from the front door. It was on its side with the lid dislodged. Thankfully nothing broken. There was no attempt to ring the front door bell or to obtain the required signature, although the tracking claims it was sighed for by me -a lie. You have been let down by a sloppy FedEx driver. The FedEx tracking does not you to complain so perhaps you will on my behalf!
