||The grapes ferment on the skins for 15-18 days at 25°-28° C. obtaining an excellent extraction of anthocyanins and tannins.
||The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel and ageing in roasted French oak barrels of 225 liters for 12 months. The wine rests for 3 months in the bottle.
||Sublime with red meats, roasts and ripe cheeses. So structured and aromatic, this wine can be drunk on its own.
