Petrolo Torrione 2015
Torrione is made from Sangiovese grapes from the vineyards of the historic '70s and newer vineyards planted with very stringent criteria for both quantity of logs per hectare, is based on a very strict zoning that has brought us to the identification of various rootstocks best suited to be adopted. The yield per plant was significantly low (up to 500 g per plant), allowing the concentration of all the noble grape components, key features of great structure, elegance and balance to be achieved with this wine.
